Thank you guys for a real good stay in a great location serviced by friendly staff. I would come here again, I appreciated cookies and hot waffles early in the morning.

It was an economical hotel, I will come back. It was fairly clean place, staff were exceptional, and I loved my updated room. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as cookies and hot waffles.

The location was ideal, the room was relaxing and the beds were nice. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Even though some of the staff were very unfriendly, I had a really really nice stay.

Breakfast was amazing, room was beautiful and inviting. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and was always available. Free wireless internet access, flat-screen TV and large windows in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. I really enjoyed hotel's broiler restaurant. Efficient check-in was a bonus.

My experience at this absolutely amazing hotel was restful. The room was well-kept and I loved the pool, it was brilliant. Brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk to star cars museum. Quick check in & the service was spectacular. There were good internet and small parking available.

The hotel was quaint and fairly clean inside, I truly enjoyed it. The room was absolutely gorgeous and light, the bed was soft. The location was cool, with a good view. Again, Gatlinburg Ziplines was close by. The restaurant was great and the staff were personable.

I had best days staying at this great central hotel. Rooms and staff, all was OUTSTANDING. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. Besides, the area was tourist, next to Arcadia Video Arcade. Particularly good view, a little balcony, soft bed, too.

Room had a fairly large bathroom that we loved. The staff did all they can for a PLEASANT stay. Pool was good, comfortable to sit around.

It was brand-new place to stay. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Bones Bbq Joint that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

worth its 2 stars. we went to ruby sunshine, located next to the hotel, to have some dinner.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We dined out at Ruby Sunshine, set easy walk to the hotel. Nothing too much trouble and would come there again, the place is dope!

Suitable place for exploring Gatlinburg. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.

That parking space was missing.

Not the cheapest one but great value. The beds were comfortable. Moreover, hotel offered us free Wi Fi.
